You can choose your local car service as the delivery address. It is advisable to inform it in advance and arrange the cost of installing.

 

What should I do if I receive different tires than I ordered?

You can always contact us and inform about the problem. Please send some photographs of the tires you received to our email address – we will use them to both solve the problem and to prevent it from occurring in the future.

 

Are all the tires in your offer available?

As a principle, we do everything we can to present only tires which are currently in stock. However, owing to constant stock change, the particular item may not be available for the time being. In such a case, we will endeavor to inform you, either via email or by telephone.

You have 30 days to return the package counting from the delivery time. Please, bear in mind that the items cannot be used, installed or damaged. If the item was shipped incorrectly because of Oponeo’s fault, you will not have to pay any collection charges.

Any kind of changes, as well as cancellation of the order, can be made at any time before we process the order after receiving the payment.
